The Return of the Knee High Boot

“Gosh, I have so enjoyed this and feel like you have helped me sooo much. I feel like you have helped me get my confidence back at a time I really needed it. I also feel like a gained a really cool, fashionable frien (56).png

Do you remember not seeing many knee high boots last fall/winter? Or perhaps, like me, you even heard a fashion blogger or two tell you they were OUT of season? It’s funny, because just a few years ago,all you could find were women in plaid scarves with pumpkin spice lattes, trotting around in theirbrown leather, equestrian-style beauties.

Lately we watched that look phase out (not to say they weren’t being worn!). I happen to be a fan of the preppy, equestrian vibe (not too mention, comfort and warmth) so tall boots have suited me well.

Over the winter, I remember month after month, seeing the suede ankle bootie gain in popularity… thinking one day, I’d have to breakup with my beloved knee high riding boots.

But ladies…

BOY DO I HAVE BIG NEWS

The knee high boot is swinging back in!!

How so, you might ask?

Well, remember last season we saw a lot of preppy pleats and blazers? These knee high boots are piggy backing off this very vibe.

So, if you put  your riding boots in storage, pull them out and DUST. THEM. OFF. They are here for Fall 2020(and isn’t this one of those ‘little wins’ we need after these last four months).

To spark some inspiration, I’ve pulled together a few pics for you to spur some riding boot-style ideas And of COURSE, I’ve linked some great options to buy, too. Have fun and tally-ho!

Okay, I know the price tag is high on these Prada boots…. but can we just appreciate the craftsmanship?!
